You can print these out on your favorite paper and punch them according to your planner.

⨀ you can print on a A6 paper, on A4 paper or on US Letter paper
  - A6 paper:
      ⇒ pages 1-4 = 3.8 mm
      ⇒ pages 5-8 = 4 mm
      ⇒ pages 9-12 = 4.5 mm
      ⇒ pages 13-16 = 5 mm

  - A4 paper:
      ⇒ pages 1-2 = 3.8 mm
      ⇒ pages 3-4 = 4 mm
      ⇒ pages 5-6 = 4.5 mm
      ⇒ pages 7-8 = 5 mm   
      ⇒ you can easily print double sided on A4 paper, choose for example pages 1-2 for 3.8mm paper, set you printer to original size, double sided (flip on short side), print pages 1-2 and print as many copies as you like to. After printing cut along the cut lines.

  - US Letter paper:
      ⇒ pages 1-2 = 3.8 mm
      ⇒ pages 3-4 = 4 mm
      ⇒ pages 5-6 = 4.5 mm
      ⇒ pages 7-8 = 5 mm
      ⇒ you can easily print double sided on US Letter paper, choose for example pages 1-2 for 3.8mm paper, set you printer to original size, double sided (flip on short side), print pages 1-2 and print as many copies as you like to. After printing cut along the cut lines.

⨀ the grid size is stated in the footer information which appears on the inner side of each page (where the ring holes are), for example "PlannerPrintsByAndy 4.0" which indicates the grid size of 4mm.
